"Ethereal Spring" Shoot Day at Whitehall

Join us for an "Ethereal Spring" inspired shoot at the gorgeous waterfront property Whitehall in Annapolis, Maryland on Wednesday, April 2. Whitehall is a stunning estate with a stately historical manor and expansive property along the Chesapeake Bay.
Elements for the shoot include:
- Lush garden arch and aisle florals in the front of the manor
- Sprawling 22ft long table with stunning florals running on top and off the sides
- Cocktail hour bar, cake, margarita tower and seating display
- 16ft "Tuscan" inspired rehearsal dinner table
- Charming bar and pizza display at the rehearsal dinner
- Flat lays including invitation, accessories
- Real model couple in beautiful gown and tuxedo at the ceremony (pictured)
- Second bridal model for portraits inside of the manor
- Second bridal model dress change to pose along the rehearsal dinner setup
Timing for the shoot is from 4:00pm - 6:30pm, which includes 40 minutes of open shooting at the end.
Up to 25 attendees will be grouped into groups of 4-5 to rotate around the setups. If you are attending with a friend, please email stephanie@srs.events to request to be grouped together.
This shoot is open to all stages of experience.
Timing:
3:45pm - Attendee check-in
4:00-5:35pm - Groups rotate around each setup
5:45-6:25pm - Open shooting, including second bridal model dress change
6:30pm- Shoot concludes

The shoot is open up to 25 photographers, videographers and content creators. One ticket per individual is required. Second shooters/assistants all require their own ticket.
We are offering the opportunity for 3 attendees to purchase an early arrival to begin capturing the model couple first, from 3:30-4:00pm.

All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend, you may resell your ticket. Please email stephanie@srs.events the new ticket holder's name.
Photographers may submit their photographs for publication, but are asked to withhold from doing so until 6 weeks after the shoot.
