One may think of a hotel wedding and cringe. However! Here in Washington DC, hotel weddings are dashing away those misconceptions with their unique and original spaces... see for yourself my top 5 hotel wedding picks below!

1. The Hay-Adams

The Hay-Adams boasts the best views in DC. Top of the Hay is its iconic room, with view of the White House and monuments. Take a look at that balcony shot! The room is light and airy in its design to bring the outdoors in.

2. The St. Regis

The St. Regis is a unique DC venue, with its Italian-Renaissance inspired ballroom with exposed wood beams, soaring arched windows, and sparkling chandeliers. It also boasts a gorgeous outdoor terrace, which can serve as the perfect ceremony or cocktail hour space.

The Willard is housed in history and is over 200 years old! It is known as the "residence of the presidents" and Martin Luther King, Jr even wrote his famous "I Have a Dream Speech" in the hotel. The hotel has three impressive ballrooms, including the fabulous Crystal Room with its expansive marble columns and ornate detailing.
