Decatur House Wedding in Washington DC

Sarah and Peter's Decatur House wedding was on the tail end of summer. Despite a little rain, that didn't banish the smiles off their faces! Sarah even walked to the church under umbrellas to get to the ceremony! After the ceremony in Georgetown, the wedding party took pictures while we put the finishing touches on the reception at the Decatur House! A gorgeous clear top tent was erected the day prior and it was the perfect way to fend off the raindrops while still allowing guests to feel as though they were dining al fresco (the original plan). Rattan chargers and chinoiserie plates greeted guests at their tables, along with gorgeous, organic white and yellow centerpieces by Colleen Rogin West. After a delicious dinner by Heirloom Catering, For the Win kicked off the dance floor and kept it going all night long!
